Strawberry Brownie Torte
1 (21.5 oz. or 23.6 oz.) pkg. brownie mix
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. cold water
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 qt. fresh strawberries
Spray a 2 mini-muffin tins with Pam cooking spray. Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the package for cake-like brownies. Pour into muffin tins. Bake as directed on package. Cool.
Mix milk and water; beat in the pudding mix and chill 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Place this mixture into a dessert decorating tube and pipe onto top of brownies (or you can simply dollop on top). Wash strawberries and remove stems. Slice into halves vertically and place on top of brownies.
