How to check on an order:

Click on Your Account, located in the upper right hand corner of your screen. There you can view your orders, update your billing or shipping address, or change your password.

What shipping carriers are used?

Smarty ships most packages via UPS Ground or UPS expedited shipping, 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! As long as your order totals $49.00 or more, standard UPS Ground shipping for most items delivered within the 48 contiguous states is free.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected and the distance traveled.

When will my order arrive?

Smarty offers UPS Ground shipping and three expedited methods. See below for an expedited shipping delivery schedule.

Standard Shipping:

  • For standard UPS Ground shipping, Please allow 1 to 6 Business days for delivery. To get the estimated ETA please add your items to the cart along with your address and you will be able to see the ETA. If you need your order sooner, please choose one of the expedited options.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Expedited orders have a 2PM EST cutoff to be shipped the same day otherwise they are shipped the next business day AFTER an order is placed.
  • Expect expedited shipments by the very end of the specified day.
  • Urgent Priority Expedited shipping with morning delivery is available by phone only. Please inquire at (314) 431-5400 / 855-4SMARTY.
  • Please add items to your cart, along with your shipping address and you will see a promised ETA.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and rural domestic addresses require one additional business day for delivery.

Please note that UPS does not guarantee against weather related delays. Make sure you give yourself an extra day to allow for weather issues.

What if an item is not in stock?

Smarty values the importance of your approaching event. We take extensive pains to ensure that all items featured on our site are in stock at all times and ready to ship. Occasionally, demand may exceed supply or a manufacturer delay may occur. In those situations, we make every effort to contact you via email or phone. Please make sure the contact information you provide is both accurate and the best way to reach you.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Smarty takes your party very seriously! As such, great effort is made to ensure your order is packed safely and accurately. If you feel there is a problem with the order you received, you must report it within 3 days of delivery. Please be sure to adhere to this reporting policy, as we unfortunately cannot investigate a delayed report. In case of damage, all merchandise, boxes and packaging materials must be preserved in their condition of arrival for proper inspection. Digital photos will be required to make a claim.

Why do I have to provide my email address?

Your email address is necessary to identify you and communicate with you about the processing of your order.

Do you price match?

Yes! With the smarty price Promise we are committed to offering you the best possible prices. If you find an item that we offer, in the same color and size, in stock at a designated national competitor, we will gladly beat that competitor's price by 5%. The price we will beat is the total charge (Including minimum purchase requirements, shipping charges, and any other sneaky charges they may try to hide from you).

We are unable to match prices from outlet, discount, flash sale, auction or club websites, or from regional or non-U.S.-based stores and websites. Other retailers' promotional discounts, gift cards or shipping offers are also not eligible for matching. Price matched products don't qualify for further discounts. When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 24 business hours, unless there is a delay in that case we will reach out and let you know.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside of the USA.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes we do! we even ship to all US territories. To obtain a shipping quote please add the items to your cart and enter all your information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We Currently accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal, Apple pay, Google Pay, amazon pay, and for wholesale customers with terms we offer pay by ACH, wire transfer or check.

Do you have a Wholesale Program?

Does the international shipping quote include duties?

Yes! the price you see is an all in delivered price, So you do not get surprised later on.

Do you collect sales tax?

We currently collect sales tax Only on orders shipping to NJ.

I am tax exempt how do I apply it?

Please sign up to be a smarty and email us at and include proof of tax exemption along with the name, address and email address on the account and we will make that account tax exempt.
