Got returns? Get 6 Months!
Smarty wants you to be happy, whether you’re placing an order, or making a return. For returns, please follow these instructions:
- Returns must be received within 6 Months of delivery to be eligible for refund.
- Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, available here
- RA numbers are valid for 2 weeks only.
- Only unopened merchandise will be accepted
- Make sure to package your returns very carefully.
- Those received damaged will not receive a refund (when refunds are denied, this is usually the reason).
- Your RMA number must be prominently displayed on outside of box or no refund can be made.
- Please print copy of RMA and enclose with return.
- Full cases can only be returned as sealed cases.
- Holiday themed items are final sale.

- We will refund your credit card within 14 days of receiving your undamaged return. Please remember that, depending on your issuing bank, it may take up to an additional 30 day for that refund to appear on your account.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Return shipping fees are customer’s responsibility.
- We cannot provide exchange transactions; replacements must be ordered separately.
