Triple Berry Freeze Recipe

Raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, which are all packed with health-boosting antioxidants, give this drink a rich flavor and a deep, enticing color. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 1/4 cups) Ingredients 2 cups sparkling water, chilled 1 cup lemon sorbet 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup frozen blackberries 1 tablespoon honey Preparation: Place sparkling water and sorbet in a blender, and process until well blended.
