Finding a Unique Location For Your Wedding

Milena Kukurekovic

The Business Courier recently reported that engaged couples are embracing a new trend and opting to get married in non-traditional venues, such as arts galleries or museums, so that the event is memorable and unique.

One of these venues in Cincinnati, Ohio, is the American Sign Museum, which features a backdrop of over 200 signs that can boast a dazzling array of lighting effects, from neon to spinning globes.

The news source reports that art and framing retailer Art Design Consultants is another location that is becoming a popular wedding venue in downtown Cincinnati. Their fifth-floor space, known as the gallery in the sky, looks over downtown, and can be an intimate setting for a reception or cocktail party.

Other businesses who are trying to attract a couple looking for a non-contemporary setting include Green Diamond Gallery, where there is more than 5,000-square-feet of baseball memorabilia that dates all the way back to the late 1800s.

Wedding decorations and supplies can be practical additions to any venue that a couple chooses for a wedding, because they present an affordable way to personalize a space and show off the individual tastes of the bride and groom, no matter the setting.
