The Daisywise (aka the Sage Margarita)

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz tequila blanco
  • 1 ½ oz sage-infused simple syrup
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • slice of lime
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of freshly cracked black pepper

Directions:

  1. Slide a piece of lime around the rim of a cocktail glass
  2. Combine the salt and pepper and cover the sticky rim with it
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker
  4. Shake, then strain into glass
