The Daisywise (aka the Sage Margarita)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz tequila blanco
- 1 ½ oz sage-infused simple syrup
- 2 oz lime juice
- slice of lime
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of freshly cracked black pepper
Directions:
- Slide a piece of lime around the rim of a cocktail glass
- Combine the salt and pepper and cover the sticky rim with it
- Mix remaining ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker
- Shake, then strain into glass
