Pomegranate Mojitos
Ingredients:
- 1 to 1.5 oz white rum
- 1 oz sugar or simple syrup
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 to 3 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- handful pomegranate seeds
- club soda
- ice
Directions:
- In a glass, mix together white rum, lime juice, sugar/simple syrup, and pomegranate juice
- If desired, add more sugar and/or lime juice
- Add one crushed mint sprig leaf and stir
- Throw in pomegranate seeds
- Pour in club soda (half to one second pour)
- Add ice
- Garnish with mint leaves
