DIY Patterned Cupcake Wrappers

Adding designs to your cupcakes is difficult, but it doesn't have to be! Frost your cupcakes as simply as you want because these patterned cupcake wrappers will give them all the pizzaz they need! Match the wrappers to any party or color scheme and everyone will be asking where you got them! Take any color or pattern of scrapbooking paper and cut out curved strips that are approximately two inches in width. A template can be found here: http://budurl.com/WrapperTemplate Use scalloped scissors to cut along the top side of the strip in order make a unique wrapper edge. Glue the strip ends together to complete the wrap. Adjustments may need to be made depending on your cupcake size.
