 Here at Smarty Had A Party we sell a lot of elegant disposable flatware, and even a few in lovely colors. But sometimes there just ain't enough bling on that place setting. When you need a little extra sparkle, a little glue and rhinestones will do the job!  These DIY rhinestone party spoons were simple. I took a few plain plastic spoons and jazzed them up with stick-on rhinestones and pearls leftover from an art project my step-daughter did for school.
