Tomato Basil Mozzarella Skewers
- 24 grape or cherry tomatoes
- One bunch fresh basil leaves
- 24 small balls fresh mozzarella cheese (often labeled Ciliegine)
- salt and pepper to taste
- balsamic vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
- Using a toothpick, spear a tomato, a basil leaf (big leaves can be cut in half), and a mozzarella ball.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with Olive oil and Vinegar.
