Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz vodka or gin
- 1 oz. lavender simple syrup (recipe below)
- 1-1.5 oz. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- cucumber slice (optional)
- soda water
- mint sprig (optional
Directions:
- Pour vodka/gin, lavender simple syrup, and lemon juice into an ice-filled glass
- Add cucumber slice in the glass
- Top with soda water
- Stir gently
- Garnish with lavender sprig.

- Add sugar to water
- Add lemon zest
- Heat mixture until sugar dissolves
- Remove from heat and add lavender blossoms
- Allow mixture to steep overnight, and strain into food-safe glass jar for storage
