Dirty Road Milkshake Shooters
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- 2-3 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 toasted marshmallows
- ½ cup Ben and Jerry’s Rocky Road-ish Ice Cream
- 2 oz Jack Daniels
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 3 ice cubes
- ¼ cup sprinkles
- 3 shooters
Makes 3 shooters
Directions:
- Heat heavy cream and chocolate chips in microwave for one minute
- Remove cream and chips from microwave and stir
- Continue to heat in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted
- Allow chocolate to sit for 1-2 minutes to become thick
- In a mixer, add marshmallows, ice-cream, Jack Daniels, and ice
- Blend until completely mixer (add milk if too thick or ice-cream if too thin)
- Dip shooter rims in chocolate and then sprinkles
- Pour a teaspoon of chocolate in each shooter
- Divide milkshake evenly between the glasses
