Eggs, apples, lemons? You could have this cocktail for breakfast! Thanks Kevin for this delightful recipe from Cocktail Enthusiast.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz apple brandy
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
1 teaspoon sugar
club soda
ice

Directions:

Shake all ingredients together (minus the club soda) with ice.
Strain into a highball glass over ice.
Top with club soda.
