Return Merchandise Authorization

We are so sorry to hear that some of our products didn’t work for you.
We gladly accept returns, but it is imperative that you read our guidelines very carefully.
This will keep everyone smiling.
Return Instructions:
- Your return authorization number must be on the outside of the box. Returns without a return authorization number will be refused.
- Pack your return CAREFULLY! Damaged merchandise that has not been properly packed will not be refunded.
- You must mark "FRAGILE" on the outside of the box in very prominent lettering.
- We highly recommend that you insure your package.
- Please print a copy of your return authorization and enclosed it with your return.
- Return shipments made via the US Postal Service must include the delivery signature service option.
At Smarty, we are proud to cover the ground shipping expenses when orders exceed $275.00. However, if part of that order is returned, we regret that we have to deduct our freight costs from your refund. It's only fair, so we know you'll understand.
Return Policy:
- All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, prominently placed on the outside of the box.
- RMA numbers are valid for 2 weeks only.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.
- Items purchased as a full case must be returned as a full case. We are unable to give partial refunds for case purchases.
- Due to health department regulations concerning un-packaged items, serving accessories do not qualify for a refund.
- Only unopened merchandise will be accepted for a refund.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
- Returns must be packaged carefully to survive the trip. Returns arriving in damaged condition will not receive a refund.
- Please remember to package the items very, very carefully. The most common reason that customers do not receive a refund for returned goods is poor packaging leading to damaged merchandise.
Refunds:
We will refund your credit card or PayPal account within 14 days of receiving your undamaged return.
Please remember that, depending on your issuing bank, it may take up to an additional
30 days for a credit card refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
We regret that we do not provide exchange transactions. Replacements for returned
merchandise must be ordered separately.
